We warmly welcome potential authors to submit their new research or technological contributions to ICAIRS2024, and share valuable experiences with scientists and students from around the world. All materials submitted to ICAIRS2024 should be written in English according to the template. To ensure the high quality of meetings and meeting records, submitted materials must be reviewed through preliminary review and peer review.

1. Summary submission
For attendees who are interested in submitting only abstracts for presentation without publication, please submit them through the online submission system or send an email to iceadss_sub@126.com (The email subject should be named "Submit ICAIRS2024+Summary")
The abstract should be strictly controlled within one A4 paper, separate from the cover letter page, and contain 200-300 words
2. Full text submission
All submitted articles should report previously unpublished experimental or theoretical research results. Articles submitted to the Conference of the Parties shall meet these standards and shall not be considered for publication elsewhere.
Format: The manuscript should follow the conference paper template: Word and be subject to review and editing. All submitted materials should be written in English, with a minimum paper length of 4 pages. Additional pages will be charged accordingly.
Method: Submit the full article to iceadss_sub@126.com(The email subject should be named "ICAIRS2024+Submission")

*To avoid duplicate submissions, please select only one submission method.
*If your paper needs to be updated, please send it directly to the conference email and do not update it in the electronic submission system.
1) The manuscript must be written in English;
2) The manuscript should be written according to the standards of the template;
3) The theme of the paper should be related to the conference theme;
4) Plagiarism is prohibited.

Crosscheck Powered by iThenticate will be used for plagiarism check. The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 20%; If the amount of duplication is 20% - 35%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 35%, the article will be rejected. Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
